My experience here was somewhat good if not great. The check-in had a delay of about 20 minutes due to some glitch in their system, whereby the booking which I made via a Online portal was not being reflected in the system. The staff politely asked us to wait and did a new booking for the same. This resulted in a delay. However one negative thing I noticed was that the staff at the counter spoke very rudely with each other. Although all of them were very polite with the customers, this rude behaviour amongst themselves does not give a positive picture of their self and the organisation. The room had only the basic of toiletries. There was no bathroom floor mat. Hence we had to call for the housekeeping. But we were totally surprised by the quick response. The room boy was very polite and did the needful for our requests. We appreciate Lemon Tree for having such staff. However the cloth given as bathroom floor mat was a very old shabby cloth. This disappointed us. A good brand like Lemon Tree, should be more careful in these small things, as they are enough to build or destroy a brand image. The food which was in our package was not great but not bad either. The view from our room was awesome. We had the Pune Railway station seen from our window. Wished we were put up for night, it would have been an awesome night time view. We checked out by evening. Things we liked 👍🏻 1. Quick response by House keeping. 2. Room service was fast too. 3. Excellent city view. Things we didn't like 👎🏻 1. Staff should act more professional. They should be polite amongst themselves too. 2. Booking delays/glitches should be looked into for faster check-in. 3. Things like a floor mat in bathroom is a standard thing these days. It should also be clean. 4. The overall colour scheme of the rooms could have been more of lighter shades.

This review pertains to slounge. Super elegant bar, separate smoking rooms, comfortable interiors, wide range of free flowing spirits, cocktails, drinks or mocktails and some delicious finger licking, bar food. Sounds interesting. Yeah it is. And very tasty too. In food, we tried: Hot 'n' Spicy Peanut Chakna - one of the best bar snack version of the humble peanuts. Superb preparation. Lahori murg tikka - the succulent and well marinated tandoori murg tikka served on a hot griddle and over a bed of spiced/masala boiled sweet corn kernels. Sarson mahi tikka - a local fresh water salmon prepared diligently by the chefs. Great taste. Puneri besan and Kothmir bars - at different yet super tasty take on the humble kothmir wadi. Must try at this place. Veg dumplings - the deep fried veg dumplings, perfectly seasoned, tossed in oriental sauces, goes best with the cocktails here. Masala crisp - make your own chakana. The tray serves a couple of papad rolls, salsa dip, humble shev, and plain murmura. With that one can make a salsa masala papad, salsa bhel Or anything else one can wildly imagine. Loved the way they presented it. This food/snacks was to compliment our Cocktails: B52 - a layered cocktail shot of coffee liqueur, Irish cream and orange liqueur. Just wonderful. Bloodymary (with guava twist) - this was the bar man's twist to the traditional bloody mary cocktail. Instead of tomato juice, he used guava juice. And the result, you have a 'Guava Mary'. Pretty amazing in taste. Loved the place over all for its relaxed vibe, amazing service and brilliant food & drink preparations.

I recently stayed at the Lemon Tree Hotel, conveniently located just opposite Pune Railway Station. While the proximity to the station is advantageous, the surrounding area is quite noisy, though this does not extend to the rooms, which are beautifully designed albeit somewhat small. The service provided by the hotel staff was commendable, contributing positively to my overall experience. However, the breakfast options were limited and remained the same on both days of my stay, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel boasts a spacious and well-equipped gym, which I found to be a significant advantage. Additionally, there is a swimming pool available for guests. However, I was surprised to find that there was no staff present at either the swimming pool or the gym to ensure safety and provide assistance, which could be a concern for some guests. Despite requesting a smoking room, my request was not accommodated, which was another downside to my stay. Furthermore, the area outside the hotel is extremely crowded, which might be inconvenient for guests seeking a more tranquil environment. In summary, while the Lemon Tree Hotel offers several amenities and good service, there are areas that could benefit from improvement, particularly in terms of breakfast variety, staff presence in recreational areas, and accommodating specific room requests.

Terrible experience. Understaffed hotel. Not worth your money.

First thing first, the room standards were perfect. Meets the 4-star level. And thats about it.

This hotel is severely understaffed and they can be open about it instead of hiding behind and giving a bad experience to the renter who has already trusted the reviews and paid the money.

Room service is appalling. They just don't show up. Either they are under staffed or they are not trained. Not sure what was the reality. They should up only after multiple calls (each with gap of 15-20 mins).

My requests were very basic: Bathroom has no linen. Please send towels. Took an hour. I need plates and cutlery. Took multiple attempts. I need the plates to be cleared. No one showed up. I slept to the open food and woke up to the filth. Please pull out the valet on the number 12345. I go down after 15 mins. They valet is not even told to get the car out. Time wasted. Please re-heat the food. They say they will reheat only the food bought from their restaurant. Reason? Cross-contamination risk!! As if reheating the food brought from their restaurant doesn't cause cross contamination?? They unnecessarily mixed the room service with their restaurant department. Again understaffing is what I see. They never refilled my bathroom linen other than the two adjusted towels all through my stay.

I would NOT recommend this place and do not waste the...
