I recently had the pleasure of dining at Barbeque Nation Restaurant located in Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road, and I must say it was a delightful experience for barbecue enthusiasts. This restaurant offers a unique dining concept where guests can enjoy unlimited servings of grilled and barbecued dishes right at their table.

As soon as I entered Barbeque Nation, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming ambiance. The restaurant had a spacious and well-lit interior with comfortable seating arrangements. Stepped in for his birthday celebration 🎈🥳 17.08.20 This was my first time visit to this chain . Since I can't eat too much I avoid buffet. But this was wirth a shot! Located at diamond plaza 4th floor, Beside Rang de basanti dhaba. Due to this pandemic they're maintaining high precautions. They sanitized the table in front of us then welcomed us beautifully. waiter came and explained everything about their package buffet system with a smiling face. Put a griller in the table and served all the kebab items! There were loads of items like Paneer, pineapple tandoori , grilled mushroom , grilled chicken, chicken wings, te lled fish , dahi fish, lamb sheek kebab. There were grilled prawn too and pretty impressive in size. I may miss some items 🤭 Manager came himself and served us the immunity booster drink, which is now they serving complimentary, due to pandemic.

From main course, we tried the chicken biryani along with the mutton rogan josh. I heard a lot that their main course isn't that good. But I liked it. Although the biryani was a lil dry. But okay. If you have it with rogan josh, you'll love it. There were other items too like kadai chicken , fish or egg items but we didn't try. Mutton was enough.

Then came the dessert. A very aesthetic Pallett they served. Little Gulab jamun, pastries, mango phirni, shewai and lots! Kulfi were soo good. We tried paan and Oreo kulfi. Although paan kulfi had too much paan-ish smell. Loved the oreo kulfi.

They serve birthday cakes too. We heard that complimentary cake is not good. But but, again I found it wrong. They served a pineapple cake and it was sooo tasty! Loved the service. Manager came number of times and checked it everything was okay or not. A service boy who gave us spontaneous service , was very fast and swift. Checked in at 2.15 pm and we ended our meal at nearly 4.20 around. In this 2 hours, we didn't have to wait for anything else. Service was so fast. We'll surely visit there...

Me & my family visited this place for my brother's birthday purpose. The ambience was good service was excellent and food was also delicious except two three items. They arranged one cake for my brother for that we are so thankful to them. Everyone there was excellent for their service and their behavior was also nice. It was a wonderful experience as well as my family enjoyed it a lot.

Starters are delicious with a proportionate quantity of spices and baked/ fried. We loved fish hariyali , Pineapple tandoori and chicken reshmi masala. In the main course the quality of Biriyani is quite average , other veg/ non- veg items are freshly cooked in the right proportion of spices and herbs. We enjoyed Chicken curry , soft and delicious , sea- food- salad along with raita. They customise the spices according to the taste too. Among desserts, the rainbow of kulfi , in six flavours along with soft pastries are really hard to resist for the taste buds to stop eating for a long time !! In the dessert section some Bengali Sweets need to be added for which Kolkata is famous to all.

The hospitality shown by the waiters is commendable indeed as we felt we were taking lunch at home. Special THANKS to the whole Diamond Plaza Barbeque Team. Amiable waiters in the dessert section , who tried their level best to satisfy our taste buds.

The taste and appetite for food vary from one person to another !!! But to us , on that given day , the taste of food was great indeed as we don't eat over-spicy / deep fried food !! It was a pleasant experience indeed with family as they maintain Safety protocols too.
