Each and every Bengali dish, one would love, has been included in the menu. The best part is, the prices have been kept very reasonable and the quantity is enough to be shared by two. Horrible Experience at Aami Bangali (Opposite Diamond Plaza/Nayapatty)

I recently ordered from Aami Bangali (Opposite Diamond Plaza/Nayapatty) and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. The restaurant blatantly misleads customers with false advertising. The pictures they display look mouthwatering, but what they actually deliver is a far cry from those images. I ordered a dish that looked rich and flavorful in the photos, but what I received was a sad, tasteless, and poorly presented excuse for a meal. The ingredients were clearly of subpar quality, and the portion size was laughably small. It was as if they took the worst possible version of the dish and decided to serve it. To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed, and the food arrived cold. When I tried to address my concerns with the restaurant, their customer service was unhelpful and unapologetic. They showed no interest in making things right. Overall, Aami Bangali (Opposite Diamond Plaza/Nayapatty) is a complete waste of time and money. They dupe customers with deceptive pictures and deliver something entirely different. I strongly advise against ordering from this place. Save yourself the disappointment and find a restaurant that values honesty...

I don't know whether my review matters or not but still being a Very Very Regular Customer of your Nagerbazar Outlet, I am writing this review..

We visit your Nagerbazar Outlet almost every month, and this time our experience was horrible, First of all the entire team of the outlet has been changed, secondly the quality of the food has been deteriorated, we had ordered, one Fish Kabiraji, One Mutton Kasa and One Chicken Thali, apart from the chicken thali rest everything was below average, to our surprise even the mutton was half cooked, we were not even able to have the food properly. Yes the team had offer us a replacement of the dish but we didn't wanted to make our experience even worse.

As usual I had reserved my table through Swiggy Dineout, but When we asked for the bill and we tried to make the payment via Swiggy the team said they don't accept the payment via Swiggy, however Upon giving them the logic if the payment is not acceptable then the Outlet should not listed in the dineout, they then finnally accepted the payment.
