FOOD Court - Diamond Plaza Mall — Restaurant in West Bengal

The most disgusting mall that I ever had. The limited shops and the food quality is very bad in food court and over priced . There is no maintenance system in mall and not clean .Even there are no shed or no seating area outside that you can hang out with friends or families .If you want then should definitely to order some food in food court which tastes really bad and there are some little bit seating area which is close to road very pathetic . The washroom oh my god can't say about this .You can smell it from the entering place of washroom. The bad smell in all over the washroom which makes you feel sick if you had your food and then if you go to washroom you will must vomit . The sink are clogged with water and the individual washrooms are not clean all over and the mirrors are also not clean . There are even no cleaners in washroom you'll feel just you are in station washroom. Atleast they use bleaching powder or phenyl but the management system of this mall doesn't use this nor a single freshner can afford...

It's a nice place. A lot of food options are there. Although, there is a shortage of brands in my opinion. Services are really good. Every moment they are cleaning tables once it is unoccupied. There are brands like Wow momo, Wow China, Mitra cafe, Ami Kolkata, Domino's, Keventers, Biryani by barbecue nation, Bhelpuri shop, milk shake shop, coffee shop, icecream parlour, panda Momo etc. I ordered from Wow China : Chicken overloaded sizzler. 1st of all, it wasn't that crowded today, still it took more than 40 minutes to prepare. After I got it, I was a bit disappointed. The taste was like normal roadside thela. Quantity was ok. But overall I wouldn't recommend you if u love sizzlers or wanna try it for the 1st time. The fish company: Ordered fish fry combo from here. It took 20 minutes to prepare. After I got it, the fish fry was good but the complementary french fries were average. The atmosphere was great. After a hectic shopping it is the best place to dine in. For vegetarians , I would recommend @Ami kolkata , it is completely veg . You will get to have a perfect Indian food ranging from south Indian dishes like to dosa, idly to North Indian dishes like chole bhature, paw bhaji and a lot more. I also have tried burger and French fries at the other shop just few shops next to it. They could increase their varieties. As french fries lacked peri peri which was of utmost importance as salty French fries isn't the go to option by most of the people.
