The food is fine. They still don't match the taste of the OG inspite of existing since a couple months. The biggest outlier in their performance is their staff. Not a single staff has been trained properly by the person overlooking the franchise. Even much after a month of commencement, staff here, including the franchise owner are super unprofessional and also slow in undersatnding and assisting. While I was asking one of the staff about their desserts, one even casually went of to say "tiramisu sizzler" so confidently and then took 10 mins to only come and clarify that there was no such thing. Additionally the order undertaker didnt bother suggesting if a dish would overlap another dish the same way, in the sense, sichuan pepper paneer would have the same taste as the mongolian tossup sizzler. This only shows how unserious they are, because having to tell one staff an order and other one the other only for them to mess up shows their severe lack of communication proving that none of them are trained the right way. They not only waste your time, but don't deliver a satisfactory experience either. Because why would you go to a restaurant??- to experience, have a good time and get a good variety, correct? Not to eat the same dish in 3 different ways!! The old manager is very rude and makes a frowned face for something we told we don't prefer eating. That is really disappointing because the manager's job is to suggest, they can't impose their likes on us right? At the end the franchise owner, ever so proudly, asking for a feedback stating that they don't know what people here in CBE prefer and want a feedback is so bothersome because inspite of actually telling them the feedback on my previous visits, there was no improvement. I hope this helps the others reading this and also know what to expect while eating in...
Read more(I'd say Please read fully if you do read.) My bill amount : 2464.00/- NOT WORTH IT. AT ALL.
STAFF - all nice. But no proper work done in terms of timely food serving or making! We went on a weekday. Me and my husband. Around 15-17 tables in the entire place. And only one other table was occupied by a family, 8-10 people. Even then food was served so late. We had to remind them!
FOOD We ordered:
Soup - the noodle soup - was sub standard. (3/5)
Handmade gnochhi - pesto , with extra strong pesto flavour: Came after around 35 mins. Had excess salt to the point that it was not edible. Sent it back. Can't second time, same extra salt. Gnochhi had gone a lil soft. Sent it back. Third time, came less salted, but way less pesto flavour and gnocchi was like mashed soft.
Their response: making it extra pesto flavoured CANNOT be done without excess salt! (LIKE SERIOUSLY? YOU CHARGE FREAKING 3-4-500/- for things and can't customise a simple thing?)
Likely, each time they had just added cream and microvaved it or something. DID NOT MAKE A FRESH BATCH AS PROMISED BY THEM.
Bluepea Risotto (3/5) Had excess salt, not edible. Sent it back. Second time came Okayish and creamier. So again we felt they just added cream/cheese and microvaved it. No fresh batch. Have had much better risotto at cbe.
Lindt hot chocolate (4/5) worth it.
Classic Cheesecake with macerated raspberry topping (2.5/5) couldn't taste the subtle cheesy flavour at all, but the raspberry was good. Honestly, LA CAFE has the best cheesecake and is priced less. This was not even close.
Sorry. No offense. But at the prices that they charge, it's not worth it. PORTION SIZES are also LESS. Can go to kove(also expensive but worth...

Indonesian Soymay dimsum - Soft, juicy and tasted really good.
Lemon garlic butter mushroom - Perfect balance of butter, lemon and garlic, tasted so good.
Indian spiced tikka pizza - This tasted average, and personally I didn't like this much.
Korean ramen bowl - A good one, with mushrooms, paneer and bok choy. Tasted really good.
Spinach corn rock - Tasted good but was hard to chew, kids found difficult to eat this.
Hot cow boy - This sizzler is a must try, Mexican food with red beans, rice sauce and veggies. A must try.
Burmese Khousuey - A must try one, the Burmese style coconut milk with noodles and the variety of topping gives us burst of flavors in our mouth.
Guava chilli magic - A must try good blend of Guava and chilli powder. It gives good punchy taste.
A good place to visit with family and friends, price is on the higher side so once in a while indulgence is ok.
Ambience - Nice interiors, pleasant wall colour and neat arrangement of tables.
Service - They're very attentive and individual attention to each table was there. Serving in the plate was done very neatly and politely.
Overall...
