McRennett — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I just came home from my most appalling experience of this store that I'm a regular patron of... for the past 2 months! I see that the Coconut Naan at the shelves are expiring today! I see a set of 5 units near cash counter and ask them if I can take those!! The reply is what the management should take note of - "That set is booked by someone else who called this morning", immediately followed up with "You can take 2 from here, and 2 from the shelf"!! How is that an answer? Either you tell me - Sorry, I don't have fresh stock Yes, you can take from the fresh stock

How are you doing justice by offering 2 of each, and following up saying "I'll do the same for the other guest too" - Essentially - they're trying to clear stock mixing fresh one's with expiring one's! I'll raise a concern with the authorities, but this is for the immediate information of other folks frequenting this space - Check...

Public are cautioned to be beware of the fact that the two lady counter staff think it's their right to overcharge the bill. They deliberately over charge for products , don't provide the bill , divert attention and if they are questioned they pretend as if it's by mistake.

They did the same pattern of overcharging thrice in three months and they had the audacity to say to me that Rs 54 is a small amount and for this and all you don't go ahead and make complaint.

Almost every customer in this area is aware of these counter staff overcharging and these staff continue to do it rampantly damaging the reputation of Mcrennet.

Complaints to Mcrennet headoffice is of no use which is more encouraging these people to do the same pattern.

Either avoid this shop or demand the bill and verify...
