Went with my family after reading lot of reviews, but Burgerman didn’t reach even basic expectations. Things I ordered and what went wrong Alfredo Salad : There was nothing Alfredo about it, dressing was tasteless, mushrooms smelled weird, it was too yuck n underwhelming. Pls tell your staff to remove spoiler or rotten lettuce out of the salad . Spiced paneer Burger: A bit spicy but worked fine by me. So not gonna comment much. Cheesy shroom: Supposed to be their Gourmet Burgers! Burger bun was fine, caramelised onions were more than caramelised and bit more burnt. Mushrooms and sauce lost its taste due to bitterness from burnt onions. Salad portion was fine. Finally had to remove all stuff n had to dip my burger bun into the sauce n eat felt wierd. I visited this outlet on my way home from work on a Tuesday around 4:30 pm, the place was half occupied. They had both indoor and outdoor seating. They had a small koi pond near the entrance. I chose to sit indoor. A staff opened the door for me and guided me to my table and handed me the menu card and politely said only self service sir ☺️, he was courteous and responsive. I placed my order for smoked bbq bean vegetarian burger. After payment, I was given a pager device. The device buzzed and vibrated once my order was ready. The burger visually was stunning, it was arranged well, it came with a side of vegetable salad. The burger as whole was delicious. The patty adequately grilled. Buns were warm.
