Chai Kings - Anna Nagar East Metro — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Staff behavior leaves much to be desired—especially a male and a female staff whom I have seen in another nearby Chai Kings. A man, whom I assume is the owner hesitated to even give an extra paper cup (unlike other tea outlets nearby), tea was unfiltered twice even after complaining, one female staff here doesn’t know how to answer politely (when asked if they had osmania or butter biscuits—which is staple in other tea outlets—she replied rudely “we don’t serve that and all here”). Hi Team,

I have visited chaikings with my family and ordered 2 ginger tea. As i had a kid with me, requested the person in sales counter to give an empty cup. He refused rudely.

So i have requested again if i should pay i will do it. He again replied in a rude voice that it will cost 30rs for an empty cup. So with no choices left and my kid was crying for tea i had to buy empty cup for 30rs.

I have attached bill and pics below. Please refer and take appropriate action. If not i will send a legal notice regarding this...

I found a hair in samosa and i showed the same to shop people..they were leisure and ya hair through it and have from one person and one person and really it was in the box and bill counter madam took the product from me and asked i can only exchange and give some other products 😡😡😡 it should be hygiene 1st of all,non of them asked for sorry,rude behaviour...
