I cannot recommend this shop enough! My partner has visited Bali many times and bought a beautiful wall hanging mask he was in love with for years, so he took me to show where he bought it from. I’d seen many similar masks throughout some shops but the quality and skill that comes from this shop is indistinguishable from the others. This family run business is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful kind service (the man that spoke to us explained the process of how they are made, sanded and painted by three different people to make the final beautiful product) I wish I had saved more money so I could had purchased one, but will definitely be back to buy the one I fell in love with. Highly recommend buying from this shop instead of others as the quality difference is insane, they are 100% worth the prices ! (Also recommend following them on instagram as their feed is absolutely gorgeous and you can purchase products when you are back home with free shipping if you’re like me and didn’t prepare to buy one when you arrived @wayanshopubud ) I’d just like to thank the man I spoke to as he was so kind, happy I wanted to take photos and his passion for the art was beautiful and made me fall in love with the culture even more. AMAZING!!!! This is my favorite shop in the town of UBUD in BALI (Indonesia). I have been in BALI on vacation for a week now (from the US) and have visited their shop multiple times. It is a family owned business, I have personally met the owner, his wife, two sons, and daughter, they are ALL very kind, friendly, and HONEST people.
