In the Grand Batam Mall Citra Pempek, some of the Male waiters were unpatient, simply one of my friends asked to Wipe the table , the place was very tight I understand so he came, he just stood looking at us with a bad face, then he told us to move in an impolite way in Bahasa Indonesia "mau dilap kan, geser dululah" , then we didn't really understand what to move but we did move a little , he went back talked with his friend "mau dilap tapi gak geser" then he went back to us with a more angry tone "geser mau dilapkan" , from what i know Excuse me = permisi and Move is just simply Geser, so his language is very Impolite and one of his friends even looked like he didn't want the job. Its like they're both not getting paid. Disgraceful act and I will never eat at the Grand...

Pempek bulat usually smells fishy, pempek kapal selam has boiled egg hiding inside. Lenggang is like omelette with pempek. And otak otak is like grilled fish cake.
They restaurant just get crowded at lunch or dinner time so be prepared to wait if you visit at those...

The noodles were really great, but might be a bit salty for some people. Chili that came along was really delicious.
Would eat the same dishes at the shop next time, and maybe try their fried rice. But Iโm happy with...
