Rofa Kuta Hotel — Hotel in Denpasar Barat

I booked this hotel for our last three nights of our trip to Bali, we were after something not expensive but still clean and decent. The photos shown on booking.com are completely different to what the hotel actually looks like. We checked in but are rooms weren’t ready so we had to come back at 2pm. I paid for all rooms whilst we were waiting, the lobby was horrible but I have them the benefit of the doubt and thought I knew it was cheap and thinking the rooms would be fine. Came back at 2pm and got the keys and when up and checked the rooms. They smelt that someone had over sprayed to mask a mouldy smell. The walls were mouldy at the bottoms and water damaged. They looked nothing like the images shown on booking.com. This hotel is so far from the heart of Legian you would need to get cabs every time. I had booked 5 rooms as we were a group, I knew I had just paid and didn’t know what to do. I went down to reception and just asked if there was anyway I could cancel the booking and have it refunded. To my surprise without any hesitation they refunded me the whole amount instantly and it came straight to my account, which I am very thankful for as we were able to book something else. ||Pay the extra money for something in the heart of Legian, I’ve learnt...

I stayed on the Family Suite, most expensive room, but the condition is very very unsatisfied.||Parking lot not so big.||Check In and Check Out is OK, maybe due to came on 9PM and left on 9AM, not during usual Check-In and Check-Out time.||Pool not so big, not like in the picture.||Elevator condition is quite old, not so clean.||The worst is the room condition.||Floor is not so good, some area floating.||Curtain on the windows already torn/ broken in several area.||Door handle fixing condition not so good. ||Shower for taking bath already broken, water come out from the hose.||Lamp already broken in several area, can not turn on.||Even we already complaint for the shower condition, but not yet fixed, and still broken.||Also hot water condition not stabil, sometimes become cold, then become very hot.||My family feels very unconvenience during our stay.||Totally...
