I have gone to John's takeaway for over 30 yrs and can safely say it is one of Dublins best takeaways The chips are excellent and the portions are amazing, they never leave you feeling you needed more Thet do incredible sausages and their battered sausages are the best I know off The fish is also top class. The overall range of burgers, kebabs and other stuff is very good and they do lots of meal deals and lunch time specials. Great value for money also I hope I can continue going for another 30 or more...

I’ve been going to Johns takeaway for years and I’ve let John know once or twice the portions are getting very mean . There’s an older lady there that won’t put much chips in the bag when you’re paying €4.50 a bag . Everytime I go there the prices are increasing but the portions are getting smaller.
