Regular customer who unfortunately had a terrible Dominos experience. Food ordered and paid for, with an additional 4E for delivery (while living in the city which always got delivered to the door).
Contacted by a young abrupt girl, who demanded for us to meet the delivery driver at a completely different location or we wouldnt receive our paid order. Went to the location, waited 20 minutes, no delivery driver and no food. Rang dominos, for them to say that after all the hassle that they would have to cancel our order and that the onus was on me to contact JustEat for a full refund. Read moreOrdered garlic bread and margarita at 3.58pm, went to collect at 4.20pm but not ready even though received text states ready in 8min at 4.02pm. Finally received my order 4.42pm. The staff confirmed the name again and found it at the collection area. He apologised and gave couple of free drinks but the Pizza was dried.
Only one member staff on shift. He does everything him self. From stocking up the pantry, making pizza, packing and trying to communicate to customers. Fair play to him.
The phone was ringing non stop but there’s no way he can answer it. Forget about the dirty floor due to bad weather.
