Fun for all the family, this place has everything for a fun afternoon with kids of all ages.

We were a group of 10 kids (ranging from 3 to 15) and 5 adults.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Nothing was any trouble for them, they were helpful and friendly, they made our experience here even more fun. The place was spotlessly clean with bright lights and colours, lovely fun atmosphere.

We played bowling first, for just an extra tenner we got to use the VIP lanes for bowling, money well spent! This VIP space has everything, we could close the doors to keep our small kids in the one area, parents were able to relax and chill with a cup of tea, we had our own pinball machine, arcade games and even a karaoke machine, we didn’t have to leave this area for anything (apart from the odd toilet dash)!

When we finally allowed the kids out into the arcade area the staff were great really helpful and patient with them. The machines were all well stocked and clean, and so much choice, something to suit everyone, oh and also, using the prepaid card was one less thing to worry about too, really handy!

We had a brilliant afternoon here, kids were delighted , happy kids - happy parents 😁

Yesterday (18/07024) we visited the bowling for the first time and there were a large number of shortcomings that ultimately affected the overall impression of the bowling.

After 10 minutes of playing, our pins got tangled and they didn’t fall into place, so we had to call for help. It took some time to wait and fix it.

Then we played and one by one the balls stopped coming back. We noticed this more than once and again had to wait until they fixed this problem for us.

We came with a child and I wanted to ask if it was possible to put up bumpers for just one person. It turned out that this could not be done; it was necessary to either install it for everyone or remove it for everyone. Other bowling alleys have never had this problem before.

There was also a moment that when we knocked down a certain number of pins, for example 6, then after that we were given not 4, as it should be, but 5. And this happened absolutely every time.

As a result, we played no more than 40-45 minutes from half of the game due to constant technical problems on the track.

The overall impression...

To be honest I don't know what to rate this place... seemed to be mainly kids at the bowling yet there was very little light bowling balls, we booked a lane for 30mins asked twice for bumpers to be pulled up and still had to go back a third time... came to game side and the machines no longer take coins you have to preload a card so we preloaded a card with 20euro only for the system to crash and our cards wouldn't work, the staff member on the floor dealing with the back lash off everybody I'd say was traumatised as it was only his 2nd day... absolutely ridiculous having him put there on his own we looked for our money back as my autistic son was getting very agitated as he could understand why the games wouldn't work, but we where told to wait the system would be back up in 5mins... I honestly can't see myself ever coming back here unless they really up their service.. there was a female manager she was the only positive in that establishment, she was very polite...
