Domino's Pizza - Navan — Local services in The Municipal District of Navan

An absolute disgrace. Pizza arrive not sliced and practically in 1 piece. Rang to complain and I was spoken to with an atrocious attitude from the manager who demanded the order back making out I was at fault. I place an order 2/3 times a week and I’m appalled that a manager could speak to me like this. I will never order from here again. And it’s certainly not cheap so I have a right to complain when the food isn’t right. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with incorrect toppings or wrong pizza being delivered. But to be spoken to the way I was, an absolute disgrace and he shouldn’t be in charge if that’s how he speaks...

Despite the opening hours being until 1am. Apparently they only cater delivery service from 12-1. Making no sense whatsoever. If you can bring the pizza on a delivery ride you can hand it to my hungry belly outside the store. Woman describing this had a bad attitude explaining this to me. There was no hospitality in her reasoning. Just "This is our rule and deal with it". My experience would have been more comforting if I could at least be made sense of why this rule exists. Dominos Navan has fallen off big time, used to be an amazing pizza and the garlic bread was to die for.

Ordered a pizza today, and it was like it was made a few days ago and just reheated, dough was rock hard, cheese dried out, and the crust has dry oil stains which shows it wasn’t fresh. The garlic bread was clearly made somewhere else and not fresh, dough again was rock hard solid, topping was like chewy plastic, and could literally unroll the crust.
