HORRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered a caramel caffe latte, but it was absolutely bitter and impossible to drink. The girl who made it, called Rosalba pretended that it was us who made a mistake, took a wrong drink, etc - anything BUT admitting her fault and politely replacing it. When we insisted, she on purpose made a drink too sweet, impossible to drink, so bad that I had to spit it out. When we complained about it again she made a scene and stated yelling at us!!! Is this even normal?? We were forced to leave without the drink and without getting our money back even. AVOID THIS PLACE and Rosalba should...

Very bad & rude service, poorly prepared drinks, it seems like Frankly doesn’t have a standard recipe. I ordered a caramel latte macchiato and received something tasting like a straight coffee. When I asked them to change it, they blamed me that I didn’t ask for sugar and gave me back a drink which is 50% sugar as if they’re joking. I ended up paying and not drinking anything. abbiamo preso un milk tea con tapioca e un fruit tea con palline alla frutta. Io conosco bene la tapioca e quella che mi è stata servita era completamente molle e tutta attaccata. Non è la prima volta che mi capita, bisogna fare attenzione alla shelf Life del prodotto. Le palline alla frutta invece rispetto a qualche mese fa sono peggiorate, l’involucro rimane in bocca e non da una bella sensazione, ma magari è solo un lotto sbagliato, peró sulla tapioca che è uno degli ingredienti principali del bubble tea e che dovrebbe essere preparata da voi non esiste servirla in quel modo, soprattutto perché si percepisce anche a vista, quando l’hanno messa nel bicchiere è caduta a blocchi. Sono molto dispiaciuto, daró un’ultima possibilità a questo posto…ma poi basta, sono soldi buttati a parer mio con questa scarsa qualità e poca attenzione. La mia vuole essere una critica costruttiva, spero ne facciate tesoro e che possa aiutare. Ho provato altri punti vendita e mi sono trovato meglio, capitava in chiusura che a volte la tapioca risultava un po’ molliccia ma capisco che poteva non essere fresca e che essendo in chiusura rifarla poteva essere sprecata, ma durante la giornata mi è dispiaciuto trovarla per l’ennesima volta con quella consistenza non piacevole (la poca che riuscivo a bere con...
