My nephew wanted a hard-to-find Saint medal and Assisi Jewels was able to get it within the timeline needed at a reasonable price. I did all of this via email and the responses were timely. I planned a trip to Rome and coordinated the time to go to Assisi to get the medal in order for Pope Francis to bless it. When I picked up the medal, there was no inscription. Nicola and Fiorenzo provided several options to make it right. Within 2 hours, the back of the medal was engraved; it was perfect. I ordered a medal from Assisi Jewels, which has an online shop, and wanted to add a chain. The lady who was in charge of my order was extremely nice and helpful. She helped me choose a chain that would fit nicely with the medal I had selected and arranged for an additional payment so that I would only be charged once for shipping. The package arrived in France one day after leaving Assisi. The medal and the chain are lovely: I have worn them every day since they arrived.
