My wife and I were touring Italy for our 25th anniversary the summer of 2019. We spent some time in Assisi and while there we saw a case with rings that were from Humilis. We loved the look and meaning behind the rings. We went into the shop and picked out bands to be our 25th wedding rings. The person helping us with our purchase told us that we could go to the Basilica and a priest would bless them for us. It was such a special memory for our trip and anniversary. Jump to September 2020 andy wife lost her ring. She was heartbroken because that ring had such a special meaning to her. I checked online and found that we could order a matching ring and they would even have it blessed for us. I also had it engraved so it would be special for her. The people at Humilis were fantastic! I just received the tau ring from Humilis. It is exquisite! We visited Assisi in late April and it was something I will never forget. Beautiful and sacred are the two words that sum up my experience. Having had a devotion and fondness to St. Francis ' spirituality especially his connection and love of God in creation made this visit even more blessed and unforgettable. I did not visit the Humilis store in Assisi but was thankful to come upon it online. The TAU ring will be special to me forever. Disappointed in the quality of these materials. I purchased a lovely gondola comb “gold” ring in Venice and within a day, it started to tarnish and scratch. I ended up in Rome and saw the shop a few days later and the woman told me there was nothing she could do, that it was my fault for wearing perfume. 😳🤯 I would expect it to impact the integrity of material over years, not just a day.

Poor quality of materials and terrible customer service. If you’re in Florence, go see Jean Sadé jewelers - much better quality, beauty, and outstanding customer service.
