the girl who worked in the dressing room was so rude she made me cry twice out of the 5 times i was in the store! She gave me and my family (tourists) all sorts of disgusting looks while being kind to the locals. She rolled her eyes at me for trying on a lot of clothes, and kept giving me dirty looks when I came out of the dressing room to show my family. We ended up spending over 1000€ in this store and didn’t even get nice treatment there! Who knows how much we would have spent if she didn’t make our Time in the dressing...

Scrivo come mamma di due ragazze: una ha 11 anni (37 chili e 1m53) che soffre di anoressia e una di 15 anni che ha sofferto anche lei di un disordine alimentare importante. Ho trovato l’esperienza di portarle in questo negozio assolutamente ‘triggering’. I capi sono TAGLIA UNICA e tranne qualche maglietta volutamente oversize, pantaloni tipo pigiama e maglioni stile ‘hoodie’ non c’è nulla se porti più di una taglia italiana più grande di una 40 o XS - alcuni addirittura TROPPO PICCOLI per mia figlia ANORESSICA di 11 anni. Mia figlia di 15 anni invece - che porta una M di BERSHKA per capirci - non ha trovato nulla ed è rimasta proprio male. Niente male per un negozio per ragazze da 11-15 anni!

Non ti azzardi a commentare su tutto quanto detto sopra perché il personale maschile, il quale è indiscutibilmente complice a questa bruttissima politica aziendale (che perpetua il grosso problema di disordini alimentari fra una demografica MOLTO VULNERABILE), ti contesterà in modo davvero MOLTO male…. come se i giovani maschi capissero bene il problema.

I capi sono carini e per la maggior parte in tessuto naturale, Il negozio ha il suo chic ed il marchio rimane popolare fra le ragazze per via della pubblicità sui social. Mi pare che fare polemica per Brandy Melville significhi ottenere più visibilità. Sarà una strategia aziendale geniale ma è anche priva di alcun...
