Un amico che ne aveva cantato le lodi, mi ha acquistato 800 gr di tortellini pagandoli 30 euro. Appena ricevuti sono rimasto esterrefatto sia per il colore (palesemente si trattava di pasta NON all'uovo!) sia per la forma irregolare che avevano i tortellini. La prova assaggio ha solo confermato quello che la vista mi aveva già comunicato; a causa della grossezza e irregolarità della pasta, i tortellini sapevano quasi esclusivamente di farina. Peccato, perché il ripieno non sembrava male.

Prendo atto della vostra risposta, e senza alcuno spirito polemico, segnalo soltanto che essendo un appassionato, mi sono modestamente cimentato varie volte nella preparazione della pasta all'uovo, e persino dei tortellini, e pur utilizzando sempre uova biologiche e non con tuorlo giallo intenso, il colore finale è sempre stato decisamente più simile a quello della foto che utilizzate sul vostro sito per pubblicizzare i tortellini (che allego per il raffronto) , che non a quelli acquistati lo scorso sabato che ho trovato davvero troppo pallidi.
