Rustico Il Panino — Restaurant in Cagliari

As soon as you enter the room you can breathe a very pleasant aroma of food. Never in my life I had such an expirience. The room is decorated elaborately, such that there'll never be a lack of curious details to observe for you. Again, the aroma that permeates the shop is unbelievably incredible. The staff is excellent. They are kind, friendly, professional and experts, giving the vibe of being served by an expirienced friend. The food is indescribable. The panini that they serve are something unique. Their taste will leave you speechless. The ingredients that they use are simply incredible. Never had I tasted food of that kind as good as that, and for the lowest price imaginable! Rustico is a place that I will certainly return to. It is one of the best places I've ever been too, and certainly one in the top of Cagliari's. I'll suggest it to any person or friend that wants to eat incredibly, without spending anything. Se decidi di andare da Rustico non aspettarti la vastità, perché qui si viene essenzialmente per due ordini di motivi: i panini di Andrea e la sua simpatia. Parliamo del menù: i panini, appunto. Ne ho provato diversi almeno finché dura il pane e non per mancanza di oculatezza, soltanto perché va a ruba. Sono delle spianate, divise in due parti, farcite con ingredienti di qualitá (salumi, carne, verdure grigliate, formaggi) che vengono serviti su dei taglieri di legno. Ti consiglio di prenotare subito il bis perché rischierai di restare senza, caso mai decidessi che uno non ti basta. Io di solito prendo il Serio che ha un sapore tutto suo. Serio...nell'accezione di tosto, come qualcosa che ti colpisce nel profondo. Veniamo alla vastità...lo spazio è limitato, i tavoli pochi, in legno, qualcuno si trova all'esterno, anche un barilotto va bene, ci si stringe un po' ma che importa...sono altre le cose che contano qui. Dopo che hai bevuto una birra o due, artigianale o meno, e hai mangiato a sazietà, Andrea ti da il colpo di grazia...ed è difficile rifiutare, perché da buon sardo ti ammalia col suo sorriso e la sua parlantina...fil' e ferru di Tertenia? Se la nostra grappa non ti attira troverà sicuramente qualcos'altro da offrirti per dare un senso di amicizia alla tua permanenza....
