Lo Spazio Alfieri lo frequento da anni, da quando negli anni 2014-2015 il teatro ha ospitato anche alcuni eventi musicali: le sonorizzazioni dei Giardini di Miro di “Rapsodia satanica” (1917) e “Il fuoco” (1915) e il concerto di Josh T. Pearson. Ad oggi, per quanto concerne le sale cinematografiche fiorentine, è una delle realtà più interessanti in città e tra le poche rimaste in centro. La programmazione è di qualità. Le proiezioni in lingua originale non sono ancora tantissime ma la strada intrapresa è quella giusta. In più, per quanto riguarda la prima visione, l'Alfieri riesce ad proporre dei film che altrimenti nelle prime settimane di uscita non passerebbero da Firenze, è il caso - per esempio - de Il Male non esiste e di Viaggio...
