I've come to the restaurant when searching for the best places to have pizza in Florence. The pizza was quite tasty, but I can't say it was the best I've ever. Maybe not being an Italian makes me less picky with pizzas, but overall, I would rate the food quality as good. I had a pizza (vegetarian), a beer, and a tiramisu. The pizza dough was great (Italian style) and it tasted great as well. The tiramisu was a bit disappointing, as it seemed to have more cream than anything else (I definitely had better/tastier tiramisu in other places). In terms of service, it was pretty standard, not great, not bad. One negative aspect I would like to point out was the lack of soap in the bathroom. I arrived early for dinner and the restaurant was still empty, so there was really no excuse to not have it filled and ready for costumers. The ambience was okay, but nothing special. It is a pretty standard restaurant, so if you want to have a cozy and/or romantic atmosphere, this is not the place. On the kitchen, at some point one of the staff was doing a video call with someone, and it was quite loud. It didn't last for a long time, but it certainly doesn't help with the ambience. The price is quite affordable (although I found drinks a bit expensive), in comparison with pizza prices. Including the service fee (“coperto”), I paid 23€, which I find quite reasonable. If all you want to have is pizza, in an affordable place, I definitely recommend the place. If you want a restaurant with a nicer atmosphere, then I would recommend going somewhere else. Overall, I rated it as a 3 star, because I didn't find it a great experience, just average.

The evening starts rather well, we are placed in the back room. The dishes and pizzas look appetizing. But our table is in front of the kitchen exit, the waitress asks me to push me a first time so that she can get some cutlery in a drawer behind my chair, well that doesn't bother me... But a few minutes later, a salad escapes from her hands, I find myself covered with olive oil on my merino shirt, my shoes and my bag. The waitress apologizes, her boss seems annoyed. The food is ok but there is way better... We finish our meal, it's time to pay. The cutlery is charged, and beyond the lack of commercial gesture, not a word of apology from the boss. My t-shirt is ruined, my bag and my shoes damaged, the dinner has a bitter taste. I will not recommend this place...

CREMA FORMAGGIO OTTIMA. BIRRA PICCOLO FORMATO MA BUONISSIMA DI QUALITÀ SELEZIONATA.. FRESCA ACQUA SERVITA NON È FRESCA, ELEMENTO DA MIGLIORARE... ARRIVANO LE PIZZE.... SONO AMBEDUE ALTA , CON CENNO CREATIVO GOURMET...BASE COTTA E CONDIMENTO A CRUDO..NON MALE QUESTA NOVITÀ X ME. MATERIA PRIMA BUONISSIMA... CONCLUSIONI: DA PIZZAGNOLO SI PUÒ TROVARE UNA BUONA PIZZA ED UNA DISSETANTE BIRRA . LOCALE CHE PUNTA PIÙ ALLA QUALITÀ DELLA SUA PRODUZIONE CHE DALL' APPARIRE. SI POTREBBE CHIEDERE QUALCOSA FUORI DAL MENÙ?... CHI LO SA PROVATE A CHIEDERE PURTROPPO I PREZZI NON SONO PER TUTTI... CI POTRÒ ANDARE NON MOLTO FREQUENTEMENTE PURTROPPO.. È UN LOCALE MOLTO BEN TENUTO E PULITO DOVE DI MANGIA DAVVERO BENE... CONSIGLIATO.

Went here to buy a pizza to take away. While I wait for my order and to call a taxi, the waiter lady kept chasing me from the seat I had sat to put other customers there even though there were many other seats available!

The first time she did it inside, I was gracious about it because I was still waiting for my pizza. Even the other customers wanted to sit elsewhere but she was more interested in them having my seat.

Then I went to another seat outdoor, this time, my pizza came and I was waiting for my taxi to come. But this lady came again asking me to get up and sit elsewhere for another 2 customers because “they like that particular seat”.

I was like what the heck. Did I not just pay for my own pizza? If I was eating, would you ask me to pack up my food because other customers wanted to sit there even though there were many other seats available.

Such a poor behaviour from the lady. Even though pizza was good, that lady spoilt my overall experience with them. So I won’t...
