DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I've never left a negative review before, but this was such a disappointing experience. Not only did Mister Pizza send us the wrong order — meat pizzas for vegetarians, no drinks, no desserts — but the staff yelled at us when we asked if we could come and pick up the right order. (We'd have to pay again!)
We called them as soon as we saw we had the wrong order and couldn't eat it. They were most concerned about denying any responsibility, blaming it on the delivery person. (We ordered the pizzas through their website!!) They said we had to call the deliveryman to get us a fresh order... but we never had his number, so they said that they could try to call and send us a fresh meal. 45 minutes later, after our baby had fallen asleep, I called again since it never came. They said they couldn't contact the delivery person and were angry that I wanted them to try to fix it by making us a new order for free (since we had... already paid for it...)
They kept on insisting it wasn't their fault, they took no blame, etc. I said I understood the wrong order was sent, but we were starving, could my husband come and pick it up. They said no, we would have to order and pay again. We asked to talk to a manager, they said no, we couldn't talk to anyone until the morning, and then began yelling at us when we tried to explain the situation. It seemed like they were suggesting we wanted to cheat them by getting free food since they already sent us pizza (even though it wasn't our order, and we couldn't eat it.)
Basically, it's almost midnight and we are starving. As I said, I've never left a bad review before but I felt like this deserved...

If you’re ever in Florence and looking for the perfect pizza experience, Mister Pizza is the place to be — hands down, the best pizza and service we’ve had in all of Italy. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family. The atmosphere was electric, warm, and full of joy, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the outstanding service and energy of two incredible staff members: Osas and Mustafa.
Osas, our server, was an absolute gem — full of life, funny, kind, and incredibly attentive. He made the whole dining experience so much fun, making us laugh, suggesting the best pizzas, and ensuring we had everything we needed. He treated us not just as customers, but as old friends. His vibe alone makes you want to come back again and again.
Then there’s Mustafa, the master behind the pizzas — and let me just say, he’s an artist. You can see the passion he puts into every pizza, and the results are mind-blowing. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and every bite makes you want to cry tears of joy. Watching him work the oven is like watching a maestro conduct a symphony.
Together, Osas and Mustafa made this more than just dinner — it was an experience. Delicious food, unforgettable service, and an atmosphere full of life. I’ve never had so much fun in a restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough. This place deserves more than 5 stars. If you’re in Florence and don’t go to Mister Pizza, you’re missing out on one of the best culinary moments...
Read moreI am extremely upset and disappointed I wasted my appetite and time at this place. Firstly, the restaurant was not air conditioned (31C outside!!) so it was pretty unbearable to be there. Despite that, I was excited to try the pizza as the reviews were very promising and the waitress recommended “premium” pizzas with high quality ingredients, and of course being in Italy I was eager to try. FYI the premium options were €25-28 per pizza vs other pizzas were around €12. One of the €25 pizzas that she recommended was SO DRY I could not even chew it, it contained literally just bread, meat and burrata, nothing else! When I told the waitress, she agreed it’s strange it doesn’t have tomato base, she then proceeded to check with the chef. And eventually she just told me it’s how people like it and it’s my problem🤯 I didn’t eat this pizza in the end (I was SO hot in this restaurant and her lack of care for my satisfaction killed me appetite and desire to be there, not to mention the pizza simply did not taste good!!). And I would also add that the menu description was very misleading about that, 0 mention that it comes without a standard tomato base. I was shocked she still made me pay for this pizza that I didn’t even eat!! The 2 most important takeaways are: 1.
