i really wanted to like this place because they have so many good pieces, but the people are the rudest saleswomen i have ever met. they tell you dresses are too small for you before you’ve even put them on, everything in the store is piled on top of each other so you can’t really look through the clothes, they follow you throughout the store, and they tell you can’t take photos of anything. not taking photos is fine with me i guess, but when i put my phone in my pocket before i went to try on clothes (mind you, in the tiny dressing room with no mirror), they told me to leave it outside and i didn’t want to for fear that someone would steal it. what other store makes you leave your personal items such as a phone with my whole life on it outside of the dressing room?? this was my last straw with the store and i left immediately and told them their behavior was ridiculous and did not allow for a pleasant shopping experience. they came back with “oh because you can’t take your phone in the dressing room because you want to copy our dresses?” ma’am. first of all, this is a vintage shop. if i wanted to copy the designs, i would go to the actual designer. it’s not even your design. and second of all, i’ve never had a store owner accuse me of such horrible things.
go to the store at your own risk. they have great pieces but you might leave a lot less happy than when...
Read moreBest place ever. They have the best pieces in town due to a very accurate research. The lady in the shop helped me choosing the perfect coat with kindness, I had a nice evening passing my time there, I highly recomend this nice place. I’m shoked at the bad reviews, never a single day they were rude to me or my friends; maybe some people just dont know how to behave in a boutique: this is not Walmart ;)
And we are in Italy: we REALLY care about fashion, good manners. Telling people the size its too small its actually very professional: thats what high level taylorist do, also they sell unique pieces and cant risk u to rip them: again, its not Primark or Zara. If she suggest u not to try it its becouse the lady knows professionally very well the dress she selects and sells. Again, thats the best place ever also for those things that some people finds...
Read moreDon't visit this place if you don't want to ruin your day. Worst experience of my life, the owner who has the same name as the place. SHe's pretty rude, and treats customers badly. Yes, she calls you fat, in different words, and I don't think I'm that fat (1.72m 64kg) Besides not being allowed to take pictures, she chases you every step you try to take in the tiny place. The clothes had tag prices, but the amazing thing was that when trying to pay the prices they doubled in value, and she claimed to be Laundry prices. I opened my purse 3 times for her to see. On the way out, I suggested calling the police, not for me, but for her, I would file a complaint against her for offending a customer. She told me that she considers all her customers to be thieves, hence her hostile, rude treatment. Claim to have expensive purses in there. Avoid...
