Negozio molto bello, con marche attuali e prodotti alla moda.

Purtroppo i proprietari, nonostante la "ventennale esperienza" come mi è stato riferito, non hanno molta pazienza nella fase post vendita.

Acquisto la mattina di sabato un paio di pantaloni Carhartt (erano un regalo per la mia ragazza, la quale li aveva scelti), torniamo a casa e indossandoli noto delle macchie giallastre molto grandi (correvano su tutta la cucitura del fondoschiena e sul retro del ginocchio) che in negozio non avevamo notato, probabilmente causate dall'esposizione prolungata al sole nella vetrina. Li imbustiamo a malincuore, per fare il reso.

Oggi pomeriggio, il lunedì, torno in negozio spiegando e facendo vedere il danno e mi viene detto dalla proprietaria(?) che solitamente fanno il buono in questi casi, poi mi mostra un altro paio di pantaloni che aveva provato il sabato per fare un cambio, ma io ripeto che avrei preferito renderli, visto che non era il modello che voleva.

Lei allora mi ripete che non ha la qualifica per farmi il reso e che doveva andare nel negozio uomo di fronte per chiamare il proprietario. Quando li vedo tornare quasi di corsa il proprietario (quello vero?) mi dice frettolosamente: "Hai lo scontrino?" glielo do e andando alla cassa tira fuori le banconote, sbattendole sul banco e continua: "in più di 20 anni di esperienza in negozio è la prima volta che mi succede una cosa del genere, e poi, che uno non riesca a trovare qualcosa tra tutta questa roba mi pare impossibile, ma insomma tant'è, ciao" e se ne va dicendo alla collega: "vedi come si fa presto?" lasciandomi li incredulo con lei che conclude ridacchiando "Ho chiamato te apposta perchè sapevo che ci avresti messo poco".

Capisco il caldo, capisco lo stress, ma diamoci tutti una calmata, chiudiamo e riapriamo a settembre che forse è meglio. Magari il reso non era davvero tra i miei diritti, ma potevamo parlarne e la situazione poteva risolversi in maniera diversa.

In ogni caso questa è la mia personale esperienza, purtroppo negativa con le persone, non metto in dubbio la qualità generale dei prodotti. Non faccio mai recensioni negative, ma penso che per questa volta un'eccezione sia obbligatoria.
