What a relief!!!! My Apple crashed and here I got a new wonderful one but with the best service! Giulia in particular is a jewel. It wasn't only help in the store, it was fabulous AND friendly help when we reappeared two times, and needed quite a bit of help with programs we needed to buy and to let go of. At the end she even took my picture as the backdrop for my phone.

I would give R -store five stars if they had a reachable phone number. But with that said, the employees are great! Giuseppe is a life saver! He is so patient when dealing with us folks who are overwhelmed with phone and computer issues. These guys have come to my rescue twice- once when I needed an iphone and once when I needed to buy a new laptop. They're incredibly helpful, and made sure that before I left everything was sorted and I could just get on with things rather than trying to figure out how to get everything working from a technical point of view.
