I don't give negative reviews because everyone can have a bad day, but insensitivity and lack of recognition in this business can't happen...

As a first course, we started with the delicious and fresh “Tortelli al tartufo” and the “Tagliatelle al ragú”, which, despite being a house specialty, it is light years away to any other I've had in Emilia-Romagna. The first courses were served very quickly but we waited over an hour for the second ones. We asked a waiter for our food and only after we had asked for the second did the food finally come, and in less than 5 minutes. The “Guancialini di maiale” was very good and tender, but the “Suprema di pollo” was uncombustible. The outside was extremely hot and the inside extremely cold, clearly the result of a quick heating in the microwave.

Although we showed our displeasure in a calm manner at the end, we were given a series of excuses without ever acknowledging the kitchen's mistake and the poor and unbelievable service when we were completely forgotten. The tables next to us were filled up twice within this 2 long hours. Finally the chicken “ice cream” was put on the bill. Absolutely regrettable!
