While cruising through Naples and strolling along Via Toledo, it was helpful to stop for a coffee and a bathroom break. On a side street, we spotted this place, which seemed to have a local feel, without much pretension in terms of local decor, but we noticed it had pastries and cakes. We had an espresso and a (rather small) slice of cream cake. It cost us 9.50 euros, and the cake itself was 6.50 (they didn't have the price in the cake case) almost nothing !!!!, as if it were above the Gambrinus in Naples itself, which is cheaper. They thought we were tourists because otherwise, it's impossible to explain. Stay away from tourists if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for the cake and feel like you've been taken...
