I visited this restaurant on 14 Feb 2023 with my husband and 7 year old son. We ordered our food at 9.15pm, a margherita pizza for my husband and a penne pomodoro for myself and my son. My husband's food came around 9.35pm, he had eaten and was sat there waiting for our pasta. We chased this up with our waiter who was lovely and said let me see what's happened, communication was great as he spoke English. At 10.05pm, our pasta still had not arrived so I asked another waiter who was outside what has happened to our food, we ordered almost an hour ago and my little boy is starving. He didn't speak any English at all and goes "'50 minutes" and shrugged his shoulders, as if it wasn't a long time to wait, despite the fact that my husband's food had arrived and finished. I wasn't so bothered if my food didn't come but I was really annoyed about his attitude considering I expressed the wait as my son was starving by that point. Anyway it goes on as then he starts talking about us to the couple beside us in Italian which is so mannerless. The waiter is apparently the owner's son called Taco (that's the name that was given to me), he is quite tall - good luck to running a restaurant with appalling customer service for a situation which he was in the wrong for. All he had to say/imply is wait let me check and a sorry maybe, but of course he didn't and went on a tangent instead. Our original waiter was really good and apologised for the delay and understood why we were chasing up the food and noted that 50 minutes to an 1 hour is way to long to wait for food, his name was Jani and provided excellent service. If you visit this restaurant, make sure you get Jani to serve you rather than the inconsiderate, selfish piece of rubbish called Taco who has no patience working in a customer service environment! A picture of him is below so you...

Situated up a side alley close to the Royal Palace. The restaurant has an inside and outside area, outside is in the alley itself but utilises the space. The restaurant was busy as it was lunch time and we were told they could seat us in a minute. We waited longer than a minute though, roughly 10minutes to be seated and about the same again to be given a menu. We had our 11 month old daughter with us and needed a high chair which they provided although it was a little rickety especially as the alley was sloping! We ordered gluten free pasta, a tuna salad and a tuna pizza. The wait for food was also fairly long with the tuna salad and pasta coming out to the table first. The salad was plentiful, fresh and tasty. The pasta was well cooked, presented well and full of taste. My wife's pizza had been forgotten and after I had finished my pasta and my daughter nearly had filled up on the salad we had to ask where it was. Minutes later the pizza came out, the same thing had happened to the table next to us too. The waiter was very apologetic about the wait. The tuna pizza was tasty although the tuna topping was quite sparse. The restaurant staff were happy, pleasant and made an effort to engage with our daughter which was nice. The price of the food is very reasonable with the 3 dishes and a litre of water for under €30 If it hadn't been for the waiting times and the forgotten pizza the rating would have...

This restaurant delivers a truly abysmal experience, marked by appalling and downright hostile service. A man ( pictured) on the street aggressively solicited me in English to try their "sea bass" seafood. Once seated, however, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Due to language barriers, there was a misunderstanding with the order, and the waitress, rather than offering any form of assistance, was exceedingly rude, almost yelling at me. I would've used a translation app to resolve the issue, but there was no service available. When I turned to the man who initially approached me for help in clarifying the order, he conveniently pretended not to speak English—a stark contrast to his previous eagerness. To add insult to injury, the sea bass they served was far from fresh, making the entire ordeal even more unbearable. Overall, I am utterly disappointed with both the food and the service. The staff were all rude, unprofessional, and lacked even the basic decency to offer an apology for the horrible experience. This place is a prime example of what a restaurant should never be.
