I bought a smart phone galaxy A14 from unieuro stores via Milano branch napoli and they are providing me 2years warranty for the phone. When I went through the phone software memory there' was another person details already included in this phone. Battery is getting law strength within 1 day. I contacted the sales branch immediately and ask to change the phone because they provided me 2years warranty for the phone. But they rejected my request. I never ever recommend anyone to buy anything from unieuro stores. Because very unprofessional hideous sales people...

They are the established 2nd hand , modified selling company. I bought. A A14 6GB 128 Gb phone on 3rd Jul 2023. When I looked at the phone status, I found another person number already included in the phone. I immediately went there and contacted the customer service, I asked them to change the phone because it is already used. Phone they demonstrated feature not available. Una stella è un giudizio severo, ma in questo caso credo sia appropriato, e vi spiego anche perché. Ho ordinato da loro un gioco, The Last of Us pt2, che sullo store online era prezzato 75 euro, anche se lo volevo in edizione speciale, al costo di 90 euro, scontato, però ad 80. Ho chiesto più volte se fosse o meno l'edizione speciale e sono stato sempre rassicurato dallo staff, quindi ho aspettato, pagato i miei 80 euro, e ritirato il gioco. Una volta a casa, dopo averlo scartato, mi sono reso conto che l'edizione fosse quella standard (prezzo 75 euro, lo ricordo). Ora, so che il mio errore è stato di aprire il gioco, ma devo dire che ero anche disposto a tenermelo così, tuttavia, quando sono andato a dire che ho acquistato un prodotto con un prezzo maggiore rispetto al sito, mi è stato detto che i prezzi non devono combaciare. Pertanto ho preso un gioco dal prezzo di 75 euro pagandolo 80. La cosa peggiore è che l'etichetta, stampata da loro in maniera piuttosto evidente, segnava come prezzo 79,99 €, e non posso non pensare che sia stata messa di proposito, visto che quando sono andato a prenotare e poi a ritirare il gioco, non c'era.
