I ordered La Diavolo Pizza for 8 Euro and Aperol Spritz for 6 Euro (as stated in the Menu with the pricelist). The meal went good. I was ready to pay with my card but the guy wrote 21.00 Euro! Lol! He thought I was that dumb that I didn’t know simple math and so I asked why it’s 21.00 Euro when I’m only supposed to pay 14.00 Euro? He said that there’s a service fee. So there’s a service fee of 7.00 Euro for the only two items that I have ordered? What is this, 5-star hotel? Lol. I wondered. It turned out that there’s a 2.00 Euro hidden “service fee” charge which was NEVER stated when I ordered the food.
I’m fine paying with the service fee even if the customers were not informed beforehand, but charging customers with such false, padded amount trying to cheat them is a whole different story.

We walked past a little later and there were queues outside (go between 18:30 and 19:30/20:00). Thank you for a...
