This place became famous instantly as Donato, the co-owner, made Tiktok videos of him working at a deli about 100m near this one. I went across this place once at lunch time and it was crowded. However, the next day I went there at "Spanish lunchtime" (3pm) and the line was just about 7-10 mins with Spaniards before me. Of course, the first question will be "con mollica o senza?" (with breadcrumbs or not) and I went for smollicato. Then, you can tell what kind of flavors, deli meat and cheese you like and you will get them in a generous way; as well as suggestions to pour in.
Once it is done, you pay (ca 8-9 eur; which can be "a bit pricey"). Luckily, Donato was there and he kindly took some time for pictures.
I ordered a sandwich with spicy salami, burrata, spicy cheese and more. It was delicious. Okay, I could probably get the same sandwich for less and so; but the products used were really good and hearty. So hearty I did not feel like eating until the next day (so yes, that amount of money was...

Our patience was rewarded not only with incredible sandwiches but also with special hospitality. Advice: go in the morning before there's a line.
The ordering process is vague. There are no prices displayed or anything in English, so you pay whatever they charge.
