The rudest women I have seen working in a store. They do not speak any English when you are looking to ask. But when they want to cut you off in front of a shelf you are actively browsing, now they speak perfect English.

They do not respect covid social distancing. Will bring over another customer and talk right within 10 cm of you even though there are plenty of space elsewhere. Their number system is a joke. We waited 15 minutes for our turn just for the pharmacist rudely brings other three customers are the same time and cuts me off at the shelf I was browsing.

What's the point of your take a number and wait in line system? To better serve customers or to have a more safe environment in the pandemic? Because you are doing neither.

Salve, scrivo questa recensione ahimè negativa, pur non essendo solitamente propenso a farne di negative, ma in questo caso sono ancora infastidito dall'atteggiamento irritante e scortese di una dottoressa (di cui non riporto, qui in pubblico, il nome per privacy), avuto il giorno venerdi 12 novembre, al ritiro di 2 flaconi rimanenti, di un medicinale facente parte di ricetta RNRL. Le parole intercorse, per aver chiesto semplicemente informazioni su come mai ci fosse una differenza di prezzo, rispetto al ritiro precedente, sono state: ma il prezzo chi lo decide? se non le sta bene, puo' andare altrove! Tutto ciò dopo aver avuto anche un piccolo dibattito, sui 30 giorni per il ritiro, in quanto la prima volta mi fu riferito che poteva essere effettuato entro 30 giorni e non entro il mese in corso, come poi sostenuto dalla dott.ssa in questione.

Detto cio, sicuramente ad oggi apprezzo il consiglio datomi - che seguirò sicuramente - andando altrove. Ma ricordo alla dottoressa che c'è modo e modo di rapportarsi alla clientela, e ancor prima di essere clienti siamo delle persone, quindi mi aspetterei un minimo di educazione e rispetto, ancor di più per il ruolo che svolge, dovendo avere a che fare spesso con clienti e persone che acquistano medicinali (a volte anche costosi) non per passatempo ma per necessità. Consiglio vivamente per l'organizzazione di questa Farmacia storica e sicuramente caratterizzata da alta professionalità -  nella maggior parte dei casi - di porre ulteriore attenzione al personale, soprattutto quando magari probabilmente non si è propensi al rapporto con il pubblico, per qualsiasi motivazione.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest pharmacists I've ever met in my life. They were extremely rude to my son for grabbing things and wouldn't stop harassing him. Also, we needed a few items and every time I got something new, they were like "ok buy now, let's go." In such a rush for no reason, and when I explained I'm looking for multiple things, can I finish then check out, they became mad and frustrated. Also, weirdly competitive between their sections of the store. I would recommend that nobody ever set foot in this place. Worst pharmacy of my life....
