As for the kitchen pickers.That's horrible.We didn't know that a small cupboard was for a dish dryer, we didn't quite understand because of the language barrier.They asked where to put the dish dryer.We said under the sink.And they put a big closet instead of a small one.Under the dryer.But it's not the right size for a large closet.They put a dish dryer in there with difficulty, and the cup dryer was just thrown in the trash.There were no handles for cabinets.We forgot to add it to the order.When the handles were inserted, all the doors rubbed against each other.THREE PEOPLE WHO ONLY DEAL WITH KITCHENS, could not put up normally a standard kitchen, 4 cabinets, in 2 hours of work.120 cm long.It’s really sad.

Edited: The above comment was not a review that I have personally submitted. It was a staff member that took my phone out of my hand, wrote the review and submitted it as a 5 star review. I’m sure it was done as part of some sort of fun challenge in-between the staff members but I don’t think it’s nice to be un-volunteering part of a very unprofessional joke.

It didn’t make it better that we were actually frustrated when she did it because we, in general, often find products without a price tag on them, and the staff believes it’s the customers responsibility to rush back to find a price tag. As a reasoning for the staff to help us find a price tag was that we could make a review apparently..

I will leave two stars as I still believe the selection of products is good and the majority of the staff members are professional and helpful.

È davvero un peccato che un negozio così ben fornito abbia un personale del tutto inadatto. Sono stata di recente alla sede del forum per acquistare dei rivestimenti per la ristrutturazione del bagno e della cucina, la prima volta il sabato, dopo aver atteso con la santa pazienza più di 30 minuti di turno ho fatto tutto l'ordine col venditore che si diceva ingegnere ed esperto, mi sono perfino sentita fortuna in un primo momento, ho spiegato che avevo fli operai dentro ed honscelto tutto il materiale disponibile in pronta consegna, ma dopo, ad ordine fatto, mi chiede di tornare il lunedì con delle misure nuove perché non convinto della correttezza delle misure prese dal mio operaio. Seguo il consiglio dell'ingegnere/impiegato e torno lunedì durante il suo turno con le stesse misure perché il mio operaio mi ha presa per scema. Dopo più di un'ora di attesa perché lui serviva degli amici e mi evitava mi affida ad una collega che mi dice che tutto il mio ordine in pronta consegna non era più disponibile, così mi trovo costretta ad ordinare del materiale, sempre in pronta consegna ma che costa più del doppio e mi piace meno. Mentre ordino lei mi lascia per dedicarsi a degli amici che sopraggiungono durante il mio ordine. Alla fine mi dice che se voglio la consegna veloce devo pagare con bancomat anziché che con bonifico. Vista la mia fretta faccio questo sacrificio, si sa col bancomat c'e un limite mensile che col bonifico non c'è. Morale della favola la data non cambia e per loro la pronta consegna è a 15 giorni!!!!! E bene mi deve finire che siano puntuali. Si fanno le 20.30 ed io ero sfinita e maltrattata da tutti questi giovani, irresponsabili, e disonesti impiegati. Mai più metterò piede in questo posto se non per comprare cose che non necessitano di servizio da parte del personale del centro del Forum. VERGOGNOSO AI LIMITI...
