Zangaloro Meat Factory — Restaurant in Palermo

I have been today to Zangaloro from Forum Center, Palermo, and sincerely when I saw the fast-food, my family and I decided that is a good choice to get something fast and accesibile. We have selected the food from the digital menu. In the beginning I was not so convinced about the vegetarian burger menu, because many times I was disappointed in other places. Matta, the guy from the front desk was serving the clients and when asked, he gave all the details nedded for ordering. After we made the order, we came and picked up the food, while Matta offered us all we needed like the sauces for fries, oil, vinaigre, salt and even a bag to take away the leftovers. Large portions with lots of meat (for my parents, ribs and grill mix) and a nice big vegetarian hamburger. The food looked delicious and at the end has amazingly surprised us. For the meat, well cooked and juice, as the ribs soft, surprisingly soft for ribs. My vegetarian burger was for the first time, since I eat vegetarian, (more than 4 years), soo tasty, juicy and balanced. Fully recommended. Aggiornamento 2 anni dopo: Riconfermo che questo è il peggiore negozio che hanno... 25 minuti di attesa per una porzione di patatine, dipendenti in cucina che bevono birra invece di fare le preparazioni, commessa con la stessa vitalità e gentilezza di un muro... Come possa ancora aperto me lo chiedo.. Mi sono recata in altri punti vendita e posso assicurare che la situazione è totalmente diversa È un vero peccato.

Ieri sera dopo il cinema abbiamo cenato da Zangaloro, posizione è sicuramente comoda per chi si trova a fare acquisti al Forum e cerca un pasto veloce. L'ambiente è quello tipico di una panineria in un centro commerciale: funzionale, un po' affollato, ma con sufficienti posti a sedere per un breve sosta. Il menù offre una buona varietà di panini, con diverse opzioni di carne e condimenti. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di personalizzare il mio panino, un piccolo plus che rende l'esperienza più su misura. Il panino che ho scelto era discreto: gli ingredienti sembravano freschi e la carne ben cotta, ma troppo bruciacchiata. Il servizio è stato efficiente e rapido, come ci si aspetta da un locale di questo tipo. Il personale era cortese, ma un po' sbrigativo, probabilmente a causa del flusso continuo di clienti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è nella norma per un locale all'interno di un centro commerciale. Non è economico, ma nemmeno eccessivamente costoso per quello che offre non aspettatevi un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile. Fa il suo dovere, ma...
