Ho portato il mio computer che ovviamente aveva un problema con la ventola che faceva rumore. Loro hanno detto che per farmi risparmiare possono provare a sistemare invece di cambiare subito, io ho detto ok. Quando ho ripreso il portatile faceva poco rumore, che per me era normale, quindi ho pagato sui 50 euro (invece di 90 che avrebbe costato cambiare la ventola). Abbiamo detto pure di cambiare il bottom cover, per alcuni pezzi rotti che avrebbe avuto un costo maggiore. Purtroppo giá il giorno dopo dava problemi la ventola, e faceva un rumore terribile, io non avendo ne piú soldi ne tempo, non l'ho riportato piú. Se riportavo volevo fare tutto insieme con il bottom cover che era una spesa grossa. Quando sono tornata, ho parlato con un'altro ragazzo che insisteva abbastanza che se cambio il bottom cover tanto bene posso cambiare tutto il portatile. (Insomma é decisione mia...e questo non mi piaceva) Chiedeva anche se mi era mai caduto...(veramente NO) Eravamo rimasti che cambiava solo la ventola. Pero dopo questo avevo i dubbi su tutto, ho chiesto consiglio da un amico che ha detto che nessuno dei suoi conoscenti aveva avuto una buona esperinza con questo negozio, e aveva detto di portarlo da un'altra persona. Io con la paura ho ripreso il computer, sono andata da un'altra parte. Qui hanno sistemato tutto, ho saputo che la ventola era rotta per i pezzi rotti del bottom cover che giravano dentro se io spostavo il computer (come lo porto a volte in zaino). Insomma! La ventola andava cambiato fin dal inizio, se é rotta é rotta... il bottom cover si poteva sistemare con la colla, ma la ventola non aveva niente da sistemare! Ricapitolando: Assitenza Elce: ti sistemiamo la ventola, ma il bottom cover possiamo solo cambiare Altro negozio: cambiamo la ventola, il bottom cover proviamo a sistemare e se é da cambiare vediamo piú in lá...
