I face the same situation of buying a jersey from the shop but the club badge was removed after the first wash!

After reading the owner's reply to other comments, I have tried to send an email to the owner's gmail address in mid Aug with all information provided as suggested.

I tried to keep waiting for the owner's response before posting this comment. However, no response is received so far.

Let's see if I am lucky enough to get a response.

Was excited to buy a t shirt and souvenir having a penchant for smaller clubs and picked it out before we travelled from Australia. Door was locked and I knocked to be told we don't open for 30 mins, I said we won't still be here and he shrugged and slammed the door in my face. Both staff members just sat on their phones at the counter (11/12/24). I would have been 5 mins I am a medium in everything I wear! If I was the owner I'd get new staff, completely awful approach...

Vorsicht, Touristenfalle! Pisa-Fanshop verkauft unnötige Membership Cards

Ich war im Urlaub in Pisa und wollte Tickets für ein Spiel des Pisa SC kaufen. Im offiziellen Fanshop wurde mir erklärt, dass ich zwingend eine Pisa Membership Card brauche, um überhaupt Tickets erwerben zu können. Man gab mir sogar eine Anleitung, wie ich die Karte online kaufen soll – leider habe ich das etwas voreilig gemacht und sofort bezahlt.

Erst danach habe ich auf der offiziellen Website von Pisa SC nachgelesen, dass für Tickets auf der Haupttribüne (TRIBUNA INFERIORE) keine Membership Card nötig ist. Ich habe es ausprobiert – und siehe da: Der Ticketkauf funktionierte problemlos ohne Membership!

Für mich ist das eine klare Irreführung und wirkt wie bewusste Abzocke von Touristen. Wer den Verein wirklich unterstützen möchte oder einfach ein Spiel sehen will, wird hier eiskalt zur Kasse gebeten. Absolut enttäuschend und unprofessionell für einen offiziellen Fanshop!

Fazit: Finger weg vom Fanshop, wenn ihr nur Tickets wollt – spart euch das Geld für die Membership Card! Vielleicht versucht man ja, Touristen abzukassieren, weil man das kleine Stadion nicht mit eigenen Fans...
