Good panini and beer, but worst service I’ve ever had in my life.

The beers we ordered were good and so was the panini I ordered — when it arrived more than 45 minutes later. Clearly the order had fallen through the cracks, as others who’d arrived after us were getting their food orders. I mentioned this to the bartender and, instead of saying he or someone else would look into it, dismissed me and said no way, the kitchen’s just busy. We were drawn into this place because it looked inviting, cosy and had a nice vibe. We weren't expecting to call a halt to our bar crawl across Pisa, as we had a few more places to visit. The range of beers here appears to value quality over quantity, with each one being better than the last. What an amazing find! A micro brewery with ridiculously friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great value vegetarian food, huge mozzarella and bar snacks for free.... Belgium beer on tap to die for.
