CASA PERLA POSITANO — Local services in Positano

If you are planning a vacation to Positano and would like to live like a paesano, then Casa Perla is an ideal place for you to stay. Aside from the spectacular views of the Positano coastline from the balcony which is ideal for your morning coffee or late afternoon pre-dinner cocktails, the home itself is a real gem in that it is tastefully decorated with a local Italian flair. The home was spotless upon arrival and everything worked exactly as it should. The homeowner, Mr. Michele is an exceptional host who is literally at your every beck and call to address any questions you might have about anything to do with the house, Positano, or surrounding areas. Upon arrival, Michele spent about 1 hour with us to show us where everything was located and how everything works (A/C, TV, Washer, Expresso Maker, Stove, etc.). Michele also provided us with a very good lay-of-the-land and how to efficiently navigate your way through Positano and other locales along the Amalfi coastline. Michele’s advice was spot on and he helped us to truly experience Positano from a local’s perspective rather than as an aimless tourist. One key benefit to Casa Perla which is not always mentioned is its location. It sits on a main road within steps of a convenience store (that sells fresh fruit, vegetables, wine, beer, salami, and cheeses), café/bar, butcher, and bus stop (Chiesa Nuova). Don’t underestimate the importance of staying at a home located on a main road close to a bus stop in Positano versus somewhere in between two roads where you must walk up or down hundreds of steps (at times with suitcases and bags) to reach your...

Such a charming little casa! Casa Perla is the perfect location in Positano for amazing views of the sea. We loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view with a glass of delicious wine from the Campania region. It has a nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine and it sleeps 3 to 4 people. Many restaurants within walking distance and Bar Internazionale is right on the corner with very fresh pastries...

Michele e Fiorella sono proprietari simpaticissimi che ci hanno accolti con grande cortesia e disponibilità. Grazie! L’appartamento in pieno stile positanese nei colori e nell’arredamento è a pochi passi dalle principali fermate degli autobus e di tutti i servizi di prima necessità. È il posto ideale per una vacanza rilassante in famiglia o romantica di coppia.
