Feludei S.R.L. — Local services in Positano

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a beautiful wedding band on a recent trip to Positano from this lovely little store that I just happened to wander into. Normally I would do a lot more due diligence before making such an extravagant purchase but the owner was so helpful and delightful I had a good feeling. They arranged for me to receive my VAT tax refund on the spot (all I had to do was show the receipt at Global Blue at the airport before I left). Due to MY mistake, I used my passport CARD instead of my actual passport to apply for the VAT refund. Of course when I got to the airport there was a problem because of the wrong ID and the VAT was taken back out of my account. I contacted the owners at Feludei and received an immediate response. They really went above and beyond to straighten this out for me. They resubmitted the receipts with my correct passport information and contacted Global Blue for me. They kept in contact with me the whole time. Well, I am happy to say, I just received my VAT back in my account and I am very grateful! If I ever return to Positano, I will be going back to Feludei to personally thank them and probably to buy something else ;) This time I will bring the correct passport though! Thank you again for your help, you just do not get that kind of honesty and service...

Margherita was so kind and rapidly understood our different tastes in fashion. She helped us pick that special piece that was similar but at the same time distinctive of each one. She also advise us on the tax return process and even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We will forever remember her kindness, excellent service and of course exquisite taste in jewelry.
