Pizzeria da Simone — Local services in Rome

By far my favourite place to eat, wether its pizza , suppli, fiori di zucca or the many ready made Roman dishes to take away , Im from Rome so i know my stuff, its all freshly made and they use the best products, the old man is very proud of the food so dont ask them to heat anything in the microwave🤣trust me its all delicious and the perfect temperature. I now live in Spain but everytime i go back and visit my family i will go and eat there. thats a guant fiore di zucca my brother is eating in the picture🤣❤️ i find people giving 1 star because they cancelled a big order last minute and the staff were rude is unfair as the stars should take into consideration everything, obviously if you made a big order in the first place, the food must have been good, right? so the 1-2 stars on this review are just ...

Is it possible that in the covid era nobody behind the counter wears gloves? It' s the second time I go there and for the second time I was grossed out. I saw people behind the counter touching food, then receiving cash from the guests and then go to the next customer and touching their pizza with the same hands without washing them or wearing...

Non è la prima volta che io e i miei amici ordiniamo la pizza a domicilio in questa pizzeria. Pizza ottima, ma il servizio è pessimo. La prima volta che ordiniamo ci arriva la pizza dopo oltre un'ora e mezza dall'orario concordato. Chiudiamo un occhio. Pensando che il problema potesse essere l'orario in cui l'abbiamo ordinata la prima volta e vedendo che la pizzeria ha un'altra sede, ieri l'abbiamo ordinata presso questa seconda sede non lontana dalla principale nel primissimo pomeriggio per le 21.15. La pizza arriva anche questa volta un'ora e mezza dopo, dopo aver sollecitato telefonicamente 3 volte ed aver sentito in queste chiamate delle affermazioni del tipo "è partita, tra 10 minuti è da voi" e ne passano 30, o "ne avevamo bruciata una" o ancora "abbiamo confuso con un altro ordine". Abbiamo aspettato comunque le pizze, le abbiamo pagate (in regalo una bottiglia di coca cola e di fanta, mah), ma assicuriamo di non ordinarle più in...
