My fiancé and I have gotten the worst service ever. The woman at the check in did not understand the concept of money it seems like. We wanted to try on the dresses for the style and if we liked the style with the measurements, they could ship it to the US. She rudely laughed And was flabbergasted at the idea of trying on the dress without living in the city. What does it matter if I am here or not. Esperienza a dir poco deludente.. Ci eravamo fatto grandi aspettative per la tanto attesa prova dell’abito da sposa presso questo rinomato atelier e invece:

L’accoglienza è stata fredda e a nostro parere poco professionale Alla sposa sono stati proposti solo abiti troppo stretti (che neanche si chiudevano, neanche uno) facendola sentire a disagio nel proprio corpo ed inadeguata. La cosa ci è sembrata strana , perché in altri atelier la sposa aveva provato diversi abiti, tutti che le cadevano perfettamente senza problemi . Individuato un abito che poteva piacerle, le è stato detto che per produrre la “sua taglia” erano necessari 1500 euro in più Come se tutto questo non bastasse, la commessa le anche ha messo una certa fretta, proponendo uno sconto se avesse acquistato l’abito subito (spendere subito 5000 euro per un abito che non hai neanche visto chiuso?mah)

Ora , non so a cosa siate abituati. Ma se su diversi atelier provati i problemi si siano verificati solo qui , evidentemente un problema c’è davvero.

Sinceramente , mi sentirei di sconsigliare in maniera più totale...
