He does what he enjoys doing - his menu is not like the common one you see everywhere like pizza but instead he specializes in what he does best i.e makes sandwich from scratch.

Read moreIf you’re in Corniglia, you have to visit this place. If you don’t you’re seriously cheating yourself. Ingredients are amazing, and the guy behind the counter is an artist in hospitality. But you have to be quick, this place is just a some good bread away from getting the Michelin star.
What you’re going to do is: Go in there, tell the guy he can mix whatever he wants in the sandwich. Buy drinks Go out the store and up to the little market square by the church. Sit in the shadow on the chairs next to the church and enjoy your holy grail of a sandwich.

We went for a roll filled with delicious ham, mozzarella cheese and local grown tomato with a drizzle of olive oil and a touch of organic oregano.
