We stayed here during our trip for 2 nights from 14/03/2023 to 16/03/2023. I must say we have enjoyed the stay. The location isn't the best if you do not drive. Despite of that, it shouldn't demise the holiday mood with its beautiful panoramic view of Mount Fuji. The area is very quiet. Away from the tourism central and among locals. Travellers who enjoy the quietness of country sides would love it like I do.

However, I do feel the need to point out a few points of disappointment. The kitchenette and the bathroom area were way too cold during winter and early spring. They have a radiator in the bathroom under the sink but apparently it is too small to make any difference. Temperature dropped to 2-3 degree C at night and if you ever need a dump...god bless you.

Secondly, the hotel is on self-service module. Something that is commendable but yet worrying. I realised this when my neighbour knocked on my door at 10+pm to ask me about the heater system in our room as they couldn't get it to work in theirs. I do not know how long were they trying to figure that out but to think they finally bucked up the courage to knock on their neighbour's door at 10pm, I'm guessing it had been a while and obviously no one from the management was there to help. I do not know if they had children with them but I was imagining myself being in the situation with my kid. This is something the management should seriously look into. The rooms are new, but as time goes by and the heavy usage of their equipment, nobody can say it wouldn't go side ways in the middle of the night anytime.

Nonetheless, our stay was still an enjoyable one. I would recommend my friends for this but will definitely point out the area where they...

We had a wonderful time in Nekoana. The crew was very kind and helpful trough Whatsapp with fast and clear response.

We loved our stay with all the facilities. We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise on Mount Fuji and used the bonfire for extra atmosphere. You can also take a bath with view on Mt Fuji, how great is that? There’s a kitchen with fridge, loads of space, a comfy bed and parking space. Quiet neighbourhood as well (apart from the others guests’ dog 😄).

We only regret not asking how the BBQ formula worked. We thought if you paid 5000y, you could use the BBQ set, but still had to buy everything at the store. Now we think maybe it’s included? Not sure.

Best stay in Japan so far! Were sad to leave so quick...

One of the best place i ever experience. This is my first time if glamping. However the service staff given really surpassed hotel! They keep in touch and assist all the way. Even help our transport reservation back to Tokyo. We are small family with 2 young kids. The service given make our trip really enjoyable. Thank you so much 💓 Room itself is clean and luxurious. My family definitely will returned here for another holiday glamping. The only down side is, not warm enough at kitchen area during autumn. I am south east asian.. so if you are not used to cold weather, just wrapped yourself enough when out from the...
