The husband cooks and the wife serves the food and drinks. The ramen was not like any other I’ve had while in Japan. The taste was subtle yet so delicious and is truly the most authentic ramen I’ve ever had. The basic ramen had pork, bamboo shoots, green and white onions, narutomaki, and seaweed. Do not hesitate to go here if you want good food at an extremely affordable price, great hosts, and an authentic Japanese meal. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and wish I would’ve found Tsuwano...
