Le Labo — Local services in Fukuoka

I went there recently just few days before Christmas but there was a short queue waiting to enter the store. It was moving quite fast and the staffs are managing the crowd well.

Hina approached me and brought me into the store, she was really helpful because I can’t speak Japanese and although her English is not fluent, she tried her best to communicate with me with the translator app. She’s really polite, patient and extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my entire shopping...

Unfortunately, the staff did not allow customers to smell the products directly and insisted that they were already scented onto the cards (but no they already faded, so are they lying?)—there’s only ONE WAY (their way) of testing the fragrances. So it ruined...

店前から漂ういい香り YouTubeで俳優の上杉柊平さんが LELABOの香水を紹介されていたので 今回福岡に路面店が出来たので買ってみることに

かなり匂いのバリエーションがあり 匂い迷子になってしまいました(笑)

悩んだ結果 Another 13 と NEROLI 36を購入しました

Anotherはかなり複雑な匂い 匂い自体はきつくは無いけど濃度は濃く 12時間ほど持続するとのことです

NEROLIは花系のいい香りがします

もし中身が空になってしまえば容器持参で 20%オフの値段でリフィルすることが可能です (50mL 100mLのみ対応)

店員さんの接客もかなり良いです 好みにあった匂いを紹介してくれます
