For this store, as many others in the area, the top floors have regular clothing, bags, shoes, cookware, home decor, cosmetics, and household items. Bottom floors are a grocery store with multiple compartments as well as individual food /drink vendors. All areas have a high quality and great selection of items. The store overall is generally well staffed, the staff is very polite and helpful when asked as appropriate. Everything is mainly labeled and spoken in Japanese and very few staff, if any, speak any other language (also staff is mainly women). If visitors need to read ingredients to address certain dietary restrictions, they would need to bring a Japanese speaking friend or allocate sufficient stuff and use your phone feature to translate/understand. A big department store. it has variety of goods . it's very clean . the price is matching. the goods the staff are very polite and well-dressed. they take the temperature. you can use alcohol . you have a separate door for in and out. on the 1st floor the busiest shop is Hermes, the brand the French one. people are standing in line to enter, they go in group of four or five to look at this French product.
