Apple 福岡 — Local services in Fukuoka

They wasted an hour and a half of my time telling me the same old 'we need to send it away to be repaired for a minimum ¥¥¥¥¥' then made my phone worse than it was when I got there, it didn't work at all in the end! After I called them to complain they asked me to come in the next day, so I travelled all the way in to the store for them to try the same stuff they had the day before for an hour and a half and having them tell me they need to send it away for ¥¥¥¥¥! After I refused to leave until it worked in some way or they replaced it, they finally restored it to how it was before I took it to them, broken home button but workable at least.

Stuck up staff that only know what their manual states! Hardly a 'Genius' Bar. They didn't even apologise for making the phone worse! In fact, they tried to make out that it was my fault! It is not even 1 & 1/2 years old and I've taken good care of it.

Very disappointed in the service. I've found apple stores in other countries much more helpful.

This is the first negative review I have ever written. I hope it is the last. I'm just so disappointed (as a long-term apple user) about the way it was handled. I'm happy they restored the phone so that it kind of works but I don't see why I had to spend so much time and money (travel fares) for it to happen. Today I had the worst experience ever in this Apple Store! I have a MacBook Air and my keyboard doesn't work properly, so when I was explaining to the staff what my problem was, the guy was just ignoring me and he was looking around, checking his watch, nails... like I wasn't there!! He did not hear at all what my problem was. In fact while I was talking to him, at some point a young lady with short skirt came next to where I was, he went completely mad looking at her and he ignored me even more!! And the only answer was: "You have to make a reservation in order to assist you" OUTRAGEOUS!!! Then I went to Biccamera, to the Apple Store corner over there and they assisted me very well and solved my problem in less that 5 minutes. If I was the boss of this Apple Store in Fukuoka, I would be really ashamed and make some serious changes in this shop, specially with the staff which some show not respect nor politeness to the...
