My partner and I stumbled across this little gem on our first night in Hiroshima and the food has stuck to our memories like glue! I can’t remember entirely the name of the dish we ordered, it was something along the lines of ankake udon with rich pork. The meal absolutely changed our lives for the better and we came back the next day to get it again!
